Lower Prices

We have low overheads. Your money doesn't go towards expensive facilities, and our image isn't about luxury or a "free" loaner car fleet. The dealer must pass its high costs along in the form of higher prices. We pass our lower costs along in the form of substantially lower prices − not just a dollar or two but enough to make a meaningful contribution to a child’s college fund with what you save.

No Commission or Flat-Rate Hourly Compensation

T3 Atlanta was built on being a trustworthy company, despite being within an industry with an infamous reputation. The average person doesn't know about every, tiny detail about their car, and thus depends heavily on his/her auto mechanic. Our belief is that the service advisor’s compensation should not be linked to how much he/she actually “sells.”

We do not feel that technicians should be compensated by the flat-rate hour (the flat-rate imputes a certain number of labor hours to specific jobs, i.e., a brake job may pay four hours of labor regardless of how long the job takes). This process promotes rewarding speed over quality, causing technicians to rush diagnosis. Not to mention, flat-rate-hour compensation negatively affects teamwork. T3 Atlanta chose to offer compensation packages that have the best interests of our customers in mind, as well as ours (through customer loyalty and referrals).
 

After-Market Alternatives

Typically, the factory original parts that we offer are best, and same goes with the dealer. Surprisingly, through our experience we have found that there are quite a few cases where there are less expensive and/or better performing parts available. We would never install these after-market parts without your consent, but we will communicate that there are other options.  T3 Atlanta also offers aftermarket performance upgrades you wouldn't find at the dealer.
 

Service is Our Sole Business

At T3 Atlanta, we are proud to be in the service business. We aren't interested in trading your vehicle and reselling. There is no separate profit center for parts. We just want to provide a service. There are times when you save more money by getting a repair rather than a replacement part from the dealer.

We Can Service a Car That's Under the Manufacturer’s Warranty

Your manufacturer warranties are protected if you go to shops like T3 Atlanta. By law, your manufacturer’s warranty coverage is withstanding. We can proactively identify potential manufacturer’s warranty repair items, but at this time only the dealer is authorized by the manufacturer (who is paying the bill) to make warranty repairs. We will refer you to the dealer for warranty consideration.
