  • Do you offer "free" loaner cars?

    We do not offer complimentary loaner vehicles. While some dealerships provide this service, the cost is typically incorporated into their higher service fees. Our approach allows us to maintain competitive pricing for our auto repair services.

  • Why service just Lexus, Infiniti, Toyota, and Nissan?

    We focus on Lexus, Infiniti, Toyota, and Nissan vehicles due to their exceptional engineering, quality, and reliability. These brands are known for longevity, with many vehicles reaching 400,000 miles or more while maintaining excellent condition. Our specialization allows us to invest in specific diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge, ensuring expert service while keeping costs manageable. Additionally, our high volume of parts purchases for these brands enables us to negotiate better prices and pass those savings on to our customers.

  • Can you do factory warranty work on my car?

    We are not authorized to perform factory warranty work, as this is reserved for dealerships. However, we always inspect for potential warranty issues and will refer you to the appropriate dealer if we find any. For Lexus and Infiniti warranty work, we recommend Nalley Lexus and Infiniti of Gwinnett dealerships, known for their high-quality service.

  • My car is still under factory warranty. Aren't I required to have it serviced at the dealer?

    Contrary to common belief, you are not required to service your vehicle at the dealership to maintain your warranty. The Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act protects your right to have your vehicle serviced by independent repair shops without voiding the warranty. While dealerships may not actively inform you of this, it is your legal right to choose your service provider. If you encounter any misinformation from dealership staff regarding this matter, please inform us so we can address it with their management.

  • Do you work on Fords?

    Our services are exclusively for Lexus, Infiniti, Toyota, and Nissan vehicles. We do not work on Ford or any other brands outside of these four.

  • Do you sell tires?

    We do not sell tires at our facility. Our services are focused on auto repair and maintenance for Lexus, Infiniti, Toyota, and Nissan vehicles.
